The 5-Stage Pipeline
T1 — Foundation Skills (3 months, paid)
- Age 16-35 eligible
- Basic literacy + numeracy refresher
- Site safety + tool handling
- Introduction to construction trades
- Health + life-skills basics
- Stipend: ₦30,000/month + meals + accommodation
- Output: Foundation Certificate, ready for Stage T2 specialization
T2 — Specialization (6 months, paid)
Choose your trade:
- Masonry (rammed-earth + concrete)
- Carpentry (roof + finishing)
- Plumbing + sanitation
- Electrical + solar PV installation
- Welding + metal fabrication
- Agritech operations (greenhouse, aquaponics, processing)
- Cold-chain operations
- Site security + first aid
- Logistics + warehouse
- Stipend: ₦50,000/month + lodging
- Output: Trade Certificate, City & Guilds Level 1-2 internationally recognized
T3 — Employment (guaranteed offer on graduation)
- Direct Afrisovera employment OR placement with multinational tenant
- Starting wage: ₦84,000/month minimum (Nigerian minimum wage +20%)
- Annual incremental raises tied to skill progression
- Free accommodation in Afrisovera low-cost housing for first 24 months
- Free meals at Afrisovera worker canteen
- Healthcare access at Afrisovera clinic

T4 — Advancement (paid in-service)
- Supervisor + foreperson certification (City & Guilds Level 3)
- Specialist certifications (solar EPC, cold-chain HVAC, aquaponics design)
- Engineering technician programme (HNC equivalent)
- Wages grow to ₦150,000-₦400,000/month for skilled supervisors
T5 — Leadership (selective)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) training
- BSc / MSc support for high-performers (Afrisovera-funded)
- Multinational tenant secondment opportunities
